Absolutely terrible, zero communication. I went in after having my brakes done and, in under 10,000 miles, the brakes started severely pulsating. The service department claimed that they couldn’t replicate the pulsating; it was not intermittent, they did, however, have a long list of things they were trying to sell me that didn’t need to be done. For instance, the tech indicated that I needed new wiper blades; they were just replaced a week prior, he also claimed that my air filter was deficient and needed to be replaced. However, I personally replaced my air filter with a K&N filter 2000 miles prior to this appointment. I was also told by the service adviser that they could not take my car on a test drive at highway speeds in order to replicate the pulsating; he claimed that was against the law, he lied. I reached out to Andy, twice, leaving him messages, and he never bothered to call me back. Only after calling Audi USA did they bother to warranty their substandard work. I only go here because of the warranty I bought from their finance department with a disappearing deductible; I don’t pay a deductible if I get the car repaired there. Going here is absolutely not worth saving the $100. More

Great experience The service was perfect. Ted McConell was the one who checked me in and kept me informed throughout my time at the dealership. When he determined tha The service was perfect. When he determined that it would be several hours to wait for what I needed completed, he got me a loaner and had me out of the building in under 10 minutes. He also took the time to explain some of the new features on the loaner. He also personally washed my car so I could get my car in time when I came back to pick it up. More

Indifference. First the good: they were able to get me in on short notice. The video report was also helpful. The bad: no other service tech advisor wanted to talk with me and even turned their back to me when I approached them for assistance (my tech was out at lunch). The other advisors gave some of the dirtiest looks I’ve ever encountered at a service center. Perhaps they were having a bad day, but that should not be evident to the customers in the service center. Also, no one could explain why I was being charged a disposal fee when no material, including fluids, were disposed of. More
