In this instance, I was due for a 105k mile service but I also elected to get an interior and exterior detail. When I went to pick up my car, the interior detail was not quiet up to my expectation. Before I could offer my opinion, Ted McConnell took the vehicle back to service and personally finished up some of the interior work that was missed. i.e. he took it upon himself to get he job done correctly and to 100% satisfaction. That's the mark of somebody that just "get's it". No excuses, no blaming anybody else, just went and got the job done. They have had my business for last 3 years and I would not think of taking my 2 Audi vehicles anywhere else. More
