I came in to look at cars in November with no pressure from Carlo to purchase. I came back in the middle of December, after I made the decision that the A6 was the car for me. The sale process took about an hour and a half. I've purchased many cars from all the larger car dealers in the Schaumburg area. I can honestly say that this was the easiest, no-hassle purchase. I highly recommend Carlo if you are looking for a sales person to work with at Hoffman Estates Audi. More

I was right past my warranty period which was not good. But they made things right. I look for no BS, no trying to rip off a guy on service, but rather understanding my needs and wants. I have very old business relations with the owners at Exchange, their son Michael and I have done business in the past. I could easily drive up there and they will definitely roll out the red carpet for me, but this time I wanted to see what can Hoffman Audi for me. I was not disappointed. Overall good service you expect. I may in the future go back up to Exchange as well, but for now I am happy here. More
