Valentina is very knowledgeable and patient, well spoken wi My family's most recent car purchasing experience from Audi Hoffman Estates was excellent. Valentina is very knowledgeable and patient, well spoken with a tad of sexy European accent. She did not only show the car's features to my parents, but also encourage them to try out everything. Since my dad drove very conservatively during test drive, I got behind the wheel to find the handling limit, and took some scary fast turns in more than 3" of snow/slush mix, she didn't complain at all. (my verdict: 4 wheel drive is definitely better than front wheel drive in adverse conditions.) There was another used car in the lot that my parents wanted to look at, despite it was snowing outside, she went out and brought the car into the service bay for them to evaluate. Once my parents made the decision, the rest of the paperwork went smoothly and quickly (price was very reasonable, even for my financially conservative parents). From this experience I can conclude that Audi Hoffman Estates got it all, premium cars (RS5 and R8 are absolutely gorgeous), premium experience (Working with Valentina), and premium service (free car wash with interior cleaning after purchase), all in one very modern building (outside and inside). Audi Hoffman Estates has everything today's demanding consumers are looking for. More
An Experience I'll Never Forget and a Chauffeur Too! I just picked up my CPO '14 A6 Prestige from Audi Hoffman Estates and am still completely amazed at the entire experience from start to finish. I rea I just picked up my CPO '14 A6 Prestige from Audi Hoffman Estates and am still completely amazed at the entire experience from start to finish. I reached out to them after doing an extensive search all over Chicagoland and surrounding areas for the A6 candidates I wanted. Soon afterwards their business development specialist, Carly Rowe, reached out to me to offer help. I told her what I was looking for and sent her links to the other 2-3 cars I had narrowed it down to. She introduced me to my Brand Specialist, Valentina Maciunas, and the experience went parabolic from there. Valentina was thoughtful enough to email me the original window stickers for all the cars I told them I was looking at (even though they were at different dealerships) so I could compare them. She didn't try to sell me on how they were better and why I should go with Audi HE - she just simply did that so I could make an informed decision. That's WOW #1 because everywhere else I contacted lead with either bashing their competitors or boasting why I should only do business with them. She continued to work patiently with me despite my being torn on used vs. new (that new car siren song always gets me when I go into a dealership to look at used cars), purchase vs. lease, finance vs. pay outright. She didn't try to sell me in one way or the other based on her/the dealership's own agenda and, again, just gave me all of the information I needed to make my own decision - that's WOW #2. WOW #3: She worked the heck out of the price for me. I told her how my wife really liked another one at another dealership (that was not convenient for me to go to but was priced so aggressively that it would have been worth the 90 minute drive) so she had to get at least in the same ballpark for us to move forward. She not only got the price lowered once but twice within hours to get me there and it was a go (to put this in context we started out at ~$2850 gap between the 2 cars and she got us to within $500. I could've pushed to try to get more but at that point I was so impressed that I thought enough was enough and they clearly showed me that they wanted and deserved my business. WOW #4 and the coup de grâce: My wife is 9 month pregnant, due any day now - literally, and she knew we lived 45 minutes away. Worried about my wife driving home alone from the dealership by herself, she sent a driver to come pick us up to bring us to the dealership together... in an brand new A8L!! To say we got the rock star treatment is a monumental understatement. I've been in sales for over 20 years and have never had an experience like the one I received from Valentina. I told 2 of my industry colleagues about this experience and that I hope that our clients think as highly about their interactions with us as I did about this one. Later that night, when I was putting my 2 yr. old daughter to bed, she said to me: "Mrs. Valentina real nice. I love her." If you're a dad w/ a young daughter, you understand. And I'll end it with that. Go see these folks and ask for Valentina! Enjoy. More

I also sent two of my bosses to purchase from him, and they were equally as impressed, and I wouldn't risk sending my boss somewhere I wasn't sure they would thank me for. Looking to buy another car come summer and I will be returning no questions asked! More

So today March 11, 2015, I decided to ride over from my office to take a look at the Q5's. I have zeroed in on this model and have some questions about the 2015 and the upcoming 2016's. I walked into your dealership at 11:30. To my surprise, there were many people working at their stations alone, but not one person bothered to greet me or get up to ask if I needed assistance. I look at both floor models and spent considerable time looking at the black Q5 prestige model. I looked over for assistance a few times, and still nothing. Quite surprised. After looking at the vehicle I slowly walked towards the door looking at an A8 and an A6, still not even a peep. Shocked you could be the Audi dealer of the year. Wow. I just sent a request to Necko at 1pm today, you can track me that way. More
Not Truly Exceptional Service In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it in, I was told a different reason why it was on, ( 1st. couldn't find anything wrong, 2nd. fuel injector, 3rd. air filter, 4th. throttle assembly) and that it was resolved. Within a week of each time picking the car up, the check engine light was on again. Finally it appears to be fixed with the 4th diagnoses. What's most disappointing, the times I brought the car in, I didn't feel the staff was invested in my issue, no one said, "we'll figure this out". Just a very nonchalant attitude. I also purchased the car from this dealership. More

I had already driven the car and was more interested in looking at all the technology and talk a little pricing. I dealt with Necko Civic and Kevin Jones. Necko showed me everything in the car, really knew this car inside and out. When I mentioned I wanted to talk price but had no intention of buying that day. I was pleasantly surprised that at no point from that moment to when I left did they try to get me in the car that day. It was as pressure free an environment as I could have hoped for. When I went back in later in the week, there were no extra fees added into the price we worked out. My per month payment was exactly what I was quoted. Necko went through the entire car one more time before I left to make sure I had all the technology under control. More
