First service Just bought my car Saturday and was having some knocking in my brakes. My drums were replaced and now it drives perfectly. Quick Response to Recall, Fast Resolution Received recall notice just a few days ago and called to schedule update. I was able to get the appointment day/time of my choice. I was met by Eric Received recall notice just a few days ago and called to schedule update. I was able to get the appointment day/time of my choice. I was met by Eric who confirmed the update to be done. The only reason it took 60 minutes was at my request. My husband had followed me to the service center and I preferred to return home (we live close). Repair was done, car washed and cleaned and out the door in 60. Now that is service! More

Mike greets me and remembers who I am immediately, takes care of getting my car serviced in a timely manner and has a loaner for me so I can get some local shopping done. My car has always been serviced correctly at the time of service. One service required extra time (over a day) and I could not get back to the dealer when the car was ready, so Mike had someone bring the car to me. I live an hour away! That is exceptional service! I won't go anywhere else. More
