Yesterday, was my very first service at Audi Hoffman Estate on my A4 Cabriolet was GREAT ! I was subjected to the worst possible treatment by Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). It simply is unthinkable that the Hall family would hire and promote an individual such as Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). It simply is unthinkable that the Hall family would hire and promote an individual such as Andy Emberton into the position of service manager. I knew a sales associate by the name of Valentina who used to work there and sold vehicles to a couple of my friends.
