The customer service was excellent! Mikaela Vall took care of me right when I arrived and made sure I had all the information to make the right choice for my vehicle repairs. Once it was identified I need 4 new tires she got me a loaner so me and my 4 month old daughter didn’t have to wait around all day. When picked up my vehicle the spare tire equipment was not put back in place. I noticed it when I went to install 2 car seats (while carrying my 4 month old) I had to stop, removed the trunk lid and put the spare tire pump back together. Likely the tech working on my car didn’t want to put the wires back in the box so he just left them in the back. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but I spent $1,400 on new tires and had to complete this task while carrying a baby right in front of your dealership. Your cameras will probably show this all happening around 4:40pm on 9/5. No one came to help. Customer service was 10/10 but your tech missed the mark in putting my vehicle parts back in the appropriate place. More
