I was subjected to the worst possible treatment by Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). It simply is unthinkable that the Hall family would hire and promote an individual such as Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). I knew a sales associate by the name of Valentina who used to work there and sold vehicles to a couple of my friends. I've made it my mission to convince anyone I know to refrain from doing business with Audi Hoffman Estates. More

Very honest workers. Had went in for oil change and needed a loaner.
