The experience was satisfactory but the salesman failed I like the car and the salesman was professional however, he failed to keep his word about sending me the overnight temporary tags. The car is paid for and I don't have tags of any kind that will allow me to drive the car so it just sits in my garage until you decide to give me the necessary paperwork or tags to drive it. Upon arrival at the dealership the salesperson (Vince) was pleasant and efficient. Candidly, I expected a bait and switch (because of my past car buying experiences) where they'd change the new vehicle price or offer me less for my trade-in... however, none of that was the case... they honored the terms as previously negotiated. Likewise, the deal closure process was equally efficient (Dale Wilson), as was the new vehicle "training" (Atiq). Overall, my experience was extremely positive. More
