Disappointed that your Uber Service was not available I work less than 5 miles from the Service Center and there was no option to drop me off or pick me up. I didn't request a car, just a shuttle since I I work less than 5 miles from the Service Center and there was no option to drop me off or pick me up. I didn't request a car, just a shuttle since I was so close. Ryan was great so please don't put this on him. This decision was made at the company level. When you buy and own a 60k car, you expect service that is commensurate with the Audi brand. More
