My sales representative (Vince) was informative, professional and available to answer all questions (even when on his day off) and never pressured me in any way while at the same time doing what he could to make the buying process easy. In addition, I found the 'business end' of the transaction to be equally professionally handled and helpful and the overall staff to be excellent. I would certainly purchase a vehicle here again. Oh - and I love the Audi! More

Even with glitches I was kept informed. I had tire issues and had to leave my car with the service dept for 8 days. During that time period I had a loaner car and was also kept informed abou I had tire issues and had to leave my car with the service dept for 8 days.
