So I thank The Lord for the time he took to explain it all, particularly the warranty on the car. It seemed like that was my biggest issue, but Mr. Jefferson’s patience was admirable. I want to also thank Miguel for his help with the financing and making sure that end was addressed. I can’t express how amazing this car is and has been! It’s so quiet and it moves so effortlessly. I came upon Audi Marietta as From my initial inquiry to the signing of the deal, the team at Audi Marietta were friendly, courteous and professional. I came upon Audi Marietta as I was searching for a particular model of 4Runner. Come to find out, they had TWO! Upon arrival, I was a bit lost due to their construction but everyone on-site did a great job pointing me in the right direction. I was ushered to their multi-level parking structure to check out the vehicles and I was not pressured one bit. Upon my second visit, Kathy rode with me for a test drive of the vehicle I selected and she was friendly, informative but not over bearing. This made me feel comfortable. Speaking of the construction, it’s worth noting that although Audi Marietta is preparing for a move into a new building, it doesn’t seem to impact the staff at all. There wasn’t a hint of frustration and all I heard was optimism about the future. That was cool. Also, this is the first time I’ve ever come across a friendly finance manager! Usually, when it’s time to meet “the closer” things can get pretty tense but not at Audi Marietta. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever to purchase an add-ons that did not need and the process was very easy. It goes without saying that the management did a great job. They checked in with myself and Kathy but didnt hover or try to play hardball. This is how a dealership experience should be! More
