Not very efficient I was taken care of by David Kim. He was through and efficient. However does it really take 2 hours to program a key and wash a car? When the key was finally done, I was told that the car was still being washed. They took it out of the service bay right after I got there. After waiting 10 more minutes, the car was returned a dirty as it was when I arrived. Nothing was done. Really??? More

Did right by us. We bought a used vehicle with Audi Marietta. We had to drive from North East Georgia to come by this car and it was a great deal, over an hour and a h We bought a used vehicle with Audi Marietta. We had to drive from North East Georgia to come by this car and it was a great deal, over an hour and a half. After we looked at the car there was still some things it needed (tires, oil change, etc.) so they offered to deliver the vehicle to us, this in itself shocked us. With the service complete, they were actually able to deliver the car, again over an hour and a half away and let us drive it. On our test drive, the car turned on a check engine light and sputtered at 2000 rpms. We were scarred, since we bought it as is, no warranty that we would be stuck with a car we paid cash for and a repair bill and never really used the car. We called the dealer and they told us we had it less than an hour and they would take care of us. We brought the car back to them and the service department repaired a warn fuel pump and a cracked sparkplug. The car ran great on the drive home and we are satisfied with our purchase and even more with the above and beyond service Audi Marietta gave us. I would highly recommend this dealer to friends and anyone looking for a good dealership to go to. I would also like to offer a "Thank you" to everyone there who helped us on this purchase. More
