Used A4: CPO Mixup I had a good experience purchasing a used A4 until I finished signing the check for the car. At that point the sales associate informed me that the ca I had a good experience purchasing a used A4 until I finished signing the check for the car. At that point the sales associate informed me that the car, which I had been told was Certified Pre-Owned, was not in fact Certified yet by the mechanic, and that they would put me in a loaner until Monday. This was the first time I was informed that there may be an issue here. Ultimately I got my car by Saturday (after escalating to the GM), and am happy with the car itself, and the management team did send some Audi swag to try to make up for the issue, but I found this to be a frustrating, extremely unprofessional, situation and feel it could've been handled differently. More
