Required constant follow up with the sales manager about everything from the sale of the car to the trade-in. He would tell me he would get back to me within the next day, only to not hear from him and find everything from the sale of the car to the trade-in. He would tell me he would get back to me within the next day, only to not hear from him and find out it was his day off. This seems like simple schedule management and setting expectations. The business manager could not keep the numbers straight, and would answer questions incorrectly without checking. I had to double check his work, and one excuse I got is that the “numbers looked similar.” I assume a business manager should be able to keep numbers straight. The person who was supposed to help us with the technical setup of the vehicle was not knowledgeable at all. At one point, she was just reading from the manual to me. I had to call a different dealership to actually get answers and set up my vehicle. They did not deliver the vehicle with everything as promised, and after multiple follow ups being told they would get the missing items sent to me, I never received them. More
