Auto Service/Repair is A+ Customer Service is D- I was sent an emailed link to pay my invoice 3 times bc the link did not work. I kept receiving a text telling me that my car was ready for pick-up. Whi sent an emailed link to pay my invoice 3 times bc the link did not work. I kept receiving a text telling me that my car was ready for pick-up. Which was incorrect; it was ready for Freeman Collision to pick it up. I called the Marin dealership 4 times and was disconnected after the phone menu. I had to call Freeman Collision to call you to coordinate pick up. I dont need VIP customer service, but I need A LOT better service than this after buying/leasing cars from Marin Audi for the last 10-15 yrs. More
