I've been servicing my SQ5 at this location for over 5 years. Getting a quote for the work is always very frustrating. The service department and the parts department are not integrated. First you call years. Getting a quote for the work is always very frustrating. The service department and the parts department are not integrated. First you call the service department to schedule the service, but that representative cannot give you a quote for parts! So you are then transferred to the parts department to confirm availability and pricing! My other SUV is a Range Rover. When I service it, I get a dedicated representative who is my only point of contact. A completely different customer experience. More
