Decent experience for used car purchase Dropped in to purchase a Q7 and worked with Manny Frias on our purchase. Due to COVID he couldn't test drive with me, but just let me take it for a sp Dropped in to purchase a Q7 and worked with Manny Frias on our purchase. Due to COVID he couldn't test drive with me, but just let me take it for a spin immediately. The car had just come to the dealer and someone had already been driving it for personal use (so it had old coffee cups / personal items in it). Negotiation was pretty straightforward, but wished I had known the car only had one key (was told they would check and wasn't told there was only one key until it was too late). Also asked about missing service history despite it being a lease vehicle, and no response. I reached back out to ask about constant 'parking brake error' messages but haven't from them. More
