Everything was great when I dropped off my car. Got a loaner and left. Got a call saying the car is ready. Took me 20 min to get back to the service department and they told me it would be another 15 min loaner and left. Got a call saying the car is ready. Took me 20 min to get back to the service department and they told me it would be another 15 min because they have to put it through the car wash. So I waited at the service department for 20 min until my car was ready. I would have done a few errands if I knew I had to wait. More

I made an appointment for a Recall repair. I took a day off work for this appointment. I am already in your service system, and you have my VIN. When I arrived for my service, I was told the required part off work for this appointment. I am already in your service system, and you have my VIN. improper reset on-board computer dear audi meadowlands service manager, i brought my A4 car to you because that's where we bought it and the computer told us that an oil change was dear audi meadowlands service manager, i brought my A4 car to you because that's where we bought it and the computer told us that an oil change was needed. when i got it back, you had also performed a 30,000 mile service which was totally unnecessary because the car had only about 19,500 miles on. this past monday i took the A4 to a NYS inspection station to get a new sticker. the station informed me that Audi Meadowlands had improperly reset the on-board computer and the car FAILED the inspection. only after the inspection station reset the computer at an additional cost of $120 + tax to me, where they able to get an inspection done and i got my new sticker. if that is the best Audi Meadowlands can do, i will get my car serviced at another Audi dealer from now on. michael nischk More
