AC Out for a 4th time Dropped my 2019 Q5 off to have the AC serviced for the 4th time, the car was at the dealer for 7 days. They claimed it was all fixed, when i picked it Dropped my 2019 Q5 off to have the AC serviced for the 4th time, the car was at the dealer for 7 days. They claimed it was all fixed, when i picked it up it felt like it was semi blowing cold air, so I drove back to new york, I also didn't have a choice as I was leaving for Maine for 6 weeks the next day. Went up to Maine and the AC is out again. I'm now driving around with no AC with my 7 yr old dog in 80 - 90 degree weather. I'm also going to have to drive 8 hours home with no AV in mid July. At some point Audi just needs to replace the xxxx car as the service people don't seem to realize that it's an electrical climate control issue, or a problem with the air conditioning compressor. They tested it for a leak the first two times and said they found nothing, added more fluid. The third time they said they "recharged the AC unit.." Very disappointed with the results. More

Spent a lot of money. Poor service and not friendly at all, couldn’t even get a loaner car. Specially the sales agent who is in charge of taking appointments and emitting the bills. Couldn't ask for better! I work in NYC but live in Hudson County, so I usually bring my car to the Manhattan dealership for service so I do not have to miss work to get my ca I work in NYC but live in Hudson County, so I usually bring my car to the Manhattan dealership for service so I do not have to miss work to get my car looked at, but after this experience, I may be changing that routine! (That's not to say the Manhattan team is bad, but that Meadlowlands was exceptional.) Alex was wonderful. I had a bit of a time concern and he made sure my car was ready with time to spare. I received timely text messages and even a video of my service, something I truly appreciated. The loaner car was in great condition. All of their COVID-19 precautions were of the highest caliber.
