We were impressed with the performance of the car and the professionalism/courtesy among all of the employees with whom we interacted. We signed a lease for the Q5 and have been pleased with the ease of the leasing process. We are really enjoying the car so far. Great Customer Service! While my car (AUDI A4) has been awesome from day 1, service is where could potentially arise. But not so, pulling up the staff took over the car in literally seconds. Checking in at the reception, all papers were ready, so not more than 30 seconds were spent. Was asked if I needed a loaner or would wait, with wait-time being 1-1.5 hours. I waited and enjoy the courtesy lounge, well stocked with coffees, juices, fruit and several pastries and, not least, strong WiFi. 45 minutes after arriving, the car was serviced and ready out front. And it was washed, vacuumed and with the interior cleaned. Top notch service!! More
