Sal was amazing, I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves. My experience did not start well at all after being bounced around from Sales Person to Sales Person. At first I went there with oil level minimum alarm however they deny to do anything and they have to make an appointment after 10 days. Since its dangerous to move with the car with such alarm i added however they deny to do anything and they have to make an appointment after 10 days. Since its dangerous to move with the car with such alarm i added a quart of oil as advised on the dashboard, and I made an appointment online after just 3 days not 10 as been told at the dealership, they said no leak and their justification is last service wasn't done right which was done on 23January 2023 when I bought the car from them!!! Can anyone give me another reason of consuming the oil and reaching to minimum with only 1100 miles from last service?????? After service done they didnt wash or vacuum the can as mentioned on their report and i requested them to do it with waiting 20 min more More
