Once again, another great experience with Audi Meadowlands! I’ve been with Audi since 2002 and coming here since 2013 leasing a few cars from them. This is the second car that I have bought from Stan and I would absolutely come back to him again. I previously left my longtime Salesman from a different dealership to buy from Stan. We have used Michael Boden now for two Audis--one a Q7 and most recently a Q5. Michael made both experiences easy, fast, professional and pleasant. The master mechanics, formen and techs are TERRIBLE. I went to the shop for a coolant issue, then it turned into an oil leak and the car was there for several weeks. Took the car home and everything s I went to the shop for a coolant issue, then it turned into an oil leak and the car was there for several weeks. Took the car home and everything seemed ok. The next morning I started the car and heard ticking, clicking etc., Took the car back and a few weeks later found out I had a camshaft issue; REALLY!!! I have regular service performed according to the manufacturer's recommendations and all of a sudden, I've got all these other issues. I only have 67,000 miles on my 2014 Audi 4. I'm so disappointed in my experiences I will never take my vehicle back to this stealership. Just as an FYI for the coolant and oil issue, I paid over $3,000. Horrible experience and my car still isn't running properly. I don't blame my service advisor for the poor service, but she should make sure that she takes care of the client, meaning she should have made sure everything that was done was done with care and precision. More
