With all the supply chain issues, this really felt like a walk in the park. The whole process right from choosing the vehicle to financing and driving it off the lot was a breeze thanks to Alex. That alone would be been enough to give him a 5 star rating, but I think what Alex did afterwards was truly remarkable : the car had a stain because of a pipe leak in our garage and Alex personally made sure that everything was perfect by getting us contacted with the Service Department.
