This is my 2nd time buying Audi from Audi Meadowlands. I had previously bought 2018 Q3 back in 2018 and this time Q5 2021. Both the time Marilyn Tedesco offered me a great deal although, this time, there's had previously bought 2018 Q3 back in 2018 and this time Q5 2021. Both the time Marilyn Tedesco offered me a great deal although, this time, there's a car price inflation due to global labor and chip shortages. My car buying process literally took about 45 min including test drive. Marilyn Tedesco is a very professional and courteous salesperson. She is a true gem and a great asset to Audi Meadownlands. While I was happy with the work performed, I had to sit at the service center for at least 3 1/2 hours. I brought the vehicle in because of a warning about tire inflation. While testing showed that the two rear tires needed to be replaced (one had a cut and the other had excessive wear) (and a related wheel alignment was necessary), there were no loaner cars available. The service center certainly couldn't predict the necessary extent of work, but they didn't inform me of the likely time needed to complete it (and the 55K mile service). They could have given me the option to return when a loaner was available. I feel there was a lack of respect for my time. More
