I had been looking for a particular vehicle for about 4 wks when I saw it advertised at Audi Naples I immediately reached out. It was very clean.Ramon was very transparent with any and all information that was pertinent to this vehicle. He was very patient with my many questions. This made a very positive experience for me as I was purchasing a vehicle for the first time out of state. I provided my own financing however the finance manager also reached out and offered options if I needed them. Ramon helped me arrange transport for the vehicle and the vehicle arrived in perfect condition. The entire process went exceedingly smooth and moved relatively quickly despite the out of state purchase. Ramon even reached out to assure that there was nothing else that I needed assistance with after the arrival of my vehicle. The knowledge,patience,attention to detail and communication that were demonstrated during the entire process most definitely exceeding my expectations and was greatly appreciated.
