Joined the brand 2 weeks ago. A week later had to bring the car to the service as the screen was shutting off during driving. The software should have been checked prior delivering the car. When I picked up the car a week later I noticed the car has a decent size scratch. When I mentioned the issue to the sales person I worked with the best solution was to paint it and provide me a loaner. So brand new car which is not even a month yet needs to be painted. I made my first payment during signing to drive a loaner?!?! Absolutely NOT. the worst experience I have ever had. More

He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He walked me through all the features of the car in detail and made sure I understood everything, which made me even more excited to drive it. He also explained the payment process clearly and made the leasing experience feel simple and stress free.
