He took the time to walk me to each car, explain its features, and provided printed price breakdowns for every option I was considering. That made it easy to compare my choices without feeling overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was his approach. He gave me the autonomy and time to think instead of pressuring me into making a decision. Unlike many dealerships where the salesperson repeatedly goes back and forth to the manager trying to negotiate, Kyle respected my time.
