Terrible Service Brought the 2016 Audi A6 (12k) in because the leather coating on the drivers seat bottom wore out exposing bare leather. It took a Justin, the SA, 12 days to contact me back and it’s only because I called him. Claim denied. Spoke to warranty manager who said he would speak with the SA and call me back. Never did. Not the first problem I had with them. Brought the car in for a 2 year service and it includes a tire rotation. I had small curb rah on the right rear wheel. Was expecting to see it now on the front. Nope. Still on the left rear wheel even though on the bill, it says tire rotation was performed. Do not trust them. More
