Brought the car in due to a Volkswagen Safety Recall. I had a 1:00 appointment, but arrived 10 minutes early. The Service Manager told me that addressing the recall issue would take about 10 minutes. Also, while I declined a car-wash because it was raining, I did ask if they could clean the mats in the car, which had been stained by winter salt. No problem, and the mats are back to like-new. More
