They are always very friendly and explain what is needed to be done. I only issue is that the car has 53,000 miles on it and I’ve had $4000 worth of repairs this year already. On 4/10 I visited this dealership due to front end shaking with braking. Dave in service was excellent with his customer service. Dave called me and told me the technician did not feel the anything. I shaking with braking. Dave in service was excellent with his customer service. Dave called me and told me the technician did not feel the anything. I explained to him what I felt when I drive the car then the technician test drove the car and stated it was front lower arm bushing. Once I picked the car up it was still shaking, I took the car back on 4/14 to rectify the issues. On this visit I was told it was probably my front rotors, needless to say I still have the shaking and no one knows what is going on. It crazy how the technicians that work for the people that made the car can not figure out what is happening. More
