Great customer experience. Jose took my unscheduled phone call (initially taken by Tania) and what I thought would be a 5 minute conversion became 25 minutes. Never pushy, Jose was great. He was very patient and I feel that he did what he could to make a deal happen the initial day I visited the dealership.
