Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive model as I have experienced elsewhere. Good car-buying experience at Princeton Volkswagen We initially visited Princeton Volkswagen to look at a used Jetta. We were greeted by sales consultant Oscar Matamoros, who was not only pleasant and We initially visited Princeton Volkswagen to look at a used Jetta. We were greeted by sales consultant Oscar Matamoros, who was not only pleasant and engaging, but more importantly, he was also a good listener. He’s a Volkswagen enthusiast and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. Over the course of the next several days he helped us find the right car, which turned out to be a car I hadn’t even considered. Oscar was very patient while we sat in, looked at, and test drove multiple cars. The road test is a nice combination of high and low speed lightly traveled roads, plenty of curves, stops, and hills to get a good feel for the car’s performance, but it’s just as important to be comfortable behind the wheel. It took us a few tries to find the right car, and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. When we did find the best car for us, the buying process was very smooth. I’m as picky as anyone about getting a perfect car, and I’m happy to say Oscar made sure the two minor issues I noticed were corrected before we left with the car. Highly recommended. More

Great experience from first call to final signing! Very positive experience and exceeded my expectation for second car purchase from Princeton Audi. Started with talking to Jade who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Larry was my salesman and honestly can say was the nicest and most honest guy I have dealt with buying a car. Made me feel comfortable the entire time without any pressure and worked hard to make a fair deal. When I drove home I noticed the brakes were pulsating and after an inspection found that the front rotors were warped. This is a used S7 that is not certified so car was bought as is so they really did not need to do anything for me. After some conversation with no hesitation Ryan and Larry agreed to take care of the rotors at no cost. Really!! Have you ever heard of someone stepping up to the plate like this! I am an Audi guy and after two great experiences you can bet I will be back for my next. Thanks to the Princeton Audi team. More
