In all of my years of buying cars, both used and new, this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Hector was my sales associate and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my new vehicl this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Once I had selected the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, we took it for a drive, and he thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle. Once I decided to move forward with the vehicle I had chosen, I had the pleasure of working with Andy in the finance department. He took the time to present several options based on my current financial situation and thoroughly explained them so that I could make the best decision for me. I also met several other associates and managers who were both friendly and professional. At no time during this process did I feel pressured by anyone to make immediate decisions.
