Tristan was great I had a problem that he took care of for me. The dealer replaced the radio in the 2019 dodge grand caravan I bought from them the problem was they sent it to the dodge dealer to replac for me. I live in Ohio and Kenneth made the process of buying my Audi Q3 so seamless-especially with me being out of state. There are local Audi dealerships in my area and I would choose to buy another vehicle from Audi Q3 so seamless-especially with me being out of state. Kenneth was so responsive with any questions I had- he even called me on his day off which he did not have to do. The level of service he provided was top notch. I bought my vehicle on a Thursday and he had all of the shipping details planned perfectly and I had my car delivered to my home 4 business days later.
