As a young female shopping solo, Joe was the ONLY salesman I encountered that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He was kind, courteous, respectful and above all honest. I got a salesman I encountered that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He was kind, courteous, respectful and above all honest. I got a good vibe from him immediately and felt I could trust him. Due to past experiences I kept waiting for the hidden fees or unexpected charges and they never came. He was always prompt in responding to my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. If I said no to an optional item such as a warranty, he explained the pros and cons but didn’t make me feel pressured which I appreciated immensely. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and would recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a new car! More

Joe Nowlin was great. We walked in after checking out an Audi Q5 online. I wasn't scheduled to come in and I know that can be inconvenient, but I couldn't pin my schedule down in advance. No fault of Joe's Audi Q5 online. I wasn't scheduled to come in and I know that can be inconvenient, but I couldn't pin my schedule down in advance. No fault of Joe's we had definitely been contacted in advance in hopes of setting up an appointment. In any case, Joe was accomodating like I had been on the schedule for weeks. Everyone was very easy to work with and welcoming. Even though it was late in the day, I never felt rushed during my process. Overall, I really enjoyed working with the team at Audi Rockville. More

We drove 150 miles to buy a car. Kenneth Chang met us when we arrived and had the car ready for test drive. While we were driving he appraised our trade in (fairly) and had financing ready to go.
