In fact, I flew from Cincinnati to Maryland to pick up the car just so I could meet her. My 3rd time around purchasing an Audi started in Cincinnati just 3 weeks ago. I visited the local dealership I purchased my last two cars from, in hope of talking to the sales rep I always uesed. We had lost touch for over a year and a half, when I went from an Audi to a Tesla for a short stint. While visiting the dealership to test drive (and buy, because I had my mind made up already I wanted an RS5) the car, I found out he left the dealership 6 months prior. The gentleman that waited on me was nice, but I felt he didn't take me seriously. I walked in with my son and wife, wearing board shorts and a white tee. I asked to test drive the RS5, to which he quickly made happen. After the drive we sat down, and although he was very nice, I did not mesh well with him. I left that day and contacted another local dealership. I spoke with an enthusiastic sales manager, who heard my story and promised me he'd deliver a great experience. I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly found the one I had in mind, at the Maryland dealership in Rockford. He asked me to fill out an online app, and he'd get a hold of me later that afternoon. I immediately filled out the app, and waited... and waited... until 4 hours later. No call back, so I called and was sent to his voicemail 2x. The receptionist answered the phone and said he'd call me right back after he was done with a client. 1 hour later, no call. Fast forward to Monday morning. I called the dealership and was transferred to the sales rep's cell phone. He answered and said he'd call me back in a few hours. that afternoon, he called me back and said he was working on the financing options, and would get back to me shortly. No call back. Monday evening, I decided to research on my own. I went to every Maryland Audi site until I found the car I wanted. I got a chat pop up while visiting the Rockford site, and was asked if I wanted to chat. I figured I would get a text the next day, and put in my phone number. 2 minutes later, I got a text from Jessica Boac! Mind you, this was almost 10 PM on a Monday. I thought it was a bot text, but decided to reply. Nope, it was the real deal. We chatted for almost 2 hours, and Jessica went through everything with me. She listened to my story of the unpleasant experiences I had locally, and answered all my questions. She sent me the link to apply. I was hesitant since I already applied 2 days prior. But thought what's the worst that will happen. The next morning, by 11 AM, Jessica had me approved for 0% financing for 72 months. WOW! She walked me through the whole process, and made plans to have the car delivered to me in Cincinnati. After some thought and talk with the fam, I decided to bypass the delivery, and make a trip to Maryland to pick the car up in person and meet her. My expectations were more than exceeded. We decided to fly in late Friday night, and pick the car up Saturday morning. Jessica gave non-stop communication for the remainder of the week leading up to our visit to the dealership. We arrived Saturday morning shortly when the opened. The car was outside with a huge red bow on the hood. Never would I have imagined this. We spent 5 mins inside finalizing a few signatures, then made our way out to the car. Jessica learned I had a wife and 6 year old son. Inside the trunk was an Audi branded Monopoly game, 2 shirts for my wife, a hat and leather cleaner. ALL complimentary. I was absolutely shocked. This was hands down the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I have already referred 2 friends to Jessica, and will continue to do so. I'm a life-long Audi buyer, and will always go to her from now on. Even if it means flying to MD and driving back to OH for every purchase. Jessica went above and beyond. She never pressured me, and followed through with everything she promised. Her class and enthusiasm goes unmatched. Thank You Jessica! More

Initially I was a bit reserved about buying a car during this never ending pandemic. Joe and I communicated via emails, phone calls and text messages. He replied promptly and accurately. Joe replied to my emails, phone calls and text messages even on his days off. He is not your typical car sales associate who tries to sell you the most expensive car on the lot. He puts the customer's needs first. I was very specific about what color combinations, and accessories I wanted in my car. He went out of his way to bring a car for me from a different state to make sure my needs were met. I've had my new car for a month, and I absolutely love this car. I still contact Joe whenever I have a car related question, and he always replies. More

These folks were very helpful when I was in the process of leasing my car but I am highly disappointed at their customer service. Last night my car was broken into....my windshield smashed and my wallet st of leasing my car but I am highly disappointed at their customer service. Last night my car was broken into....my windshield smashed and my wallet stolen. I filed a police report and drove the car straight to the dealership because I wanted it to be somewhere safe...they turned me away and told me there way nothing hey could do because the car was a "liability" for them to keep...even though I had the police report and victim report from the Maryland State Park Police. Fast forward to this morning...I called to make an appointment to bring the car in....they seemed perplexed that I had been turned away the evening before and we agreed I would bring the car in to fix the window and also address an open recall issue. Then....I get a call back saying that since I am going through my insurance for the window...i should go through insurance to get a loaner car???? Ummmmm...hello....there is an open recall on the car and I have just been the victim of a serious crime. For once....please think about customers as people and not just the bottom line. I was truly hurt and disappointed. The service manger Steve finally agreed to give me a loaner car but not without a lot of back and forth and being put on hold. I am never going to this dealership again and will be making complaints as far up the chain as possible. So disappointed. More
