Joe was also able to get me in with Marcus to do financing, so I was so grateful he did because he really found me the best interest rate possible for my loan. Overall, I had a great experience at Rockville Audi and definitely return to purchase another car. They have great inventory for new and certified pre-owned vehicles and are extremely knowledgeable on the cars and pricing. More

Upon arrival the staff was not exactly the most welcoming and had to wait even though nobody else was waiting in front of me - acted as if I was not there. Never get any call that the car is ready or not, called twice late in the day and finally got someone to tell me it was ready (service rep never available and nobody else seems to be able to easily help). On the drive after picking it up a yellow service light comes on (ugh). Called the next day, set an appointment as they required letting them know a loaner car will be needed. Get a call a day later saying they won't have a loaner can we reschedule which I agreed to (that was good service letting me know). Four days later drop the car off, get the loaner and again, never get a call all day again so made several calls late in the day but could not get a straight answer. Was told several times someone will call back, service rep not available plus I left a voicemail for service rep. Ended up just driving to the place late to get the car.and thankfully it was ready. They tried to say it was a part and warranty expired but would did it without charging. Questionable after having the car serviced it suddenly needed a part. Anyway, it became an arduous process and poor experience. More
