Joe introduced himself and we talked about my needs (commuting to work, second car for the family, etc.). My wife and 7 month old daughter were with me and Joe was extremely accommodating, offering drinks, snacks, and a private place for them when the baby became fussy. Joe never gave me the typical up-sell talk that I've had before. I really wanted a 2016 A3 and he never one suggested something more, like an A4 or S3. He is very knowledgeable about Audi cars, their warranties, the dealership, and the paperwork process. Total time in and out of the dealership, including test drive, financing, preparing the car, and all of the other paperwork was faster and still more thorough than any other dealership I've been to previously. I would buy from Joe and Rockville Audi again without hesitation. Oh, and as for the car, the A3 itself is fantastic. Rockville has a nice stock of cars and this one was in great shape. Drives well, handles well, fast, and comfortable. I chose the A3 over the BMW 320i, Acura ILX, and Lexus IS 250. More
