We had to literally drive from south county to San Diego Audi to speak to someone to set up our maintenance. The maintenance visit itself went fine. Natasha, Joyce, and everyone that I worked with at Audi San Diego were professional, attentive, down-to-earth, and personable. Great dealership, great sales team, great product!! Only thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run yo thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run your credit to attempt to sell you a loan. These issues are not due to the sales person or the finance person - this is the general mangers decision on how to run a business (general manager never responded to my email question on the finance portion which negatively impacted my credit).
