Non Event I booked the appointment and feel that I made it clear that I would need a loaner car. Check-in and the loaner desk took forty five minutes. After handing over a credit card, my license and copy of my insurance card, I was told there were no loaner cars. I took my car and left. The car is brand new but defective. This was my fourth trip to the dealership to try to get the issue resolved. As yet, the problem persists. More

He doesn’t return calls or texts once the deal is done and was working like 3 deals at once. Poor buying experience. However, Patrick is so genuine and kind. He knows his stuff just as Dan who was both knowledgeable and courteous. Lastly when you call to get a simple question answered they ask you to make an appointment (front desk) but I called Audi of Escondido and they help on the spot. More
