Minor License Plate Issue I tried to install a new license plate holder, but I could not remove one of the two bolts that hold the license pate in place. He patiently helped us figure out what we wanted as far as models and specifics Fernando was honest, friendly and completely responsive to our needs. We told him we didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the dealership and that we wanted to cut to the chase as far as pricing went, and he honored our request and got us out of the dealership in less than an hour. We were very impressed with our service! Since the car we decided on was still wrapped in plastic, the next day, I went back to complete the purchase. Again, the process was surprisingly smooth. Dan in finance walked me through my options and was friendly and direct. We decided on terms and I was in my new car within an hour. Again, seamless and easy!
