When sitting down to write over a $40K check, I didn't like hearing how I better buy the extended warranty because if I dont I will be sorry when I face thousands of dollars in repairs in the future. Her scare tactics made me seriously question whether I should even buy the car. I also didn't appreciate being rushed through the paper signing because she had an event to attend. While she had gone over things the night before, she spent all of five minutes with me the night I signed and paid. More

After deciding that the A6 better met our needs we then worked with Tami to get a great price on a 2019 A6 that had been a service loaner previously. She stayed with us at the dealership until well past closing time on a Saturday night to make sure the process went smoothly, and spent even more time with me to show me how to set up the car before driving it home.
