Lots of thing Took the car in for service for electrical issues and they did not fix. Called Audi of America to express my concern and really put pressure on the de Took the car in for service for electrical issues and they did not fix. Called Audi of America to express my concern and really put pressure on the dealership to have someone who knew what they were doing look at the problem.. I took the car back a second time and they fixed it this time. When I scheduled my second visit, I also asked them to repair a recall item. When I got there they informed me that they did not have the part to fix the recall item. Now I have to go back a third time. Nobody likes to take their car in for service More
Worst Customer Service Ever I took my S4 in for a service, brake fluid exchange, and CV boot replacement, which turned into a month long ordeal. It took them 3 weeks to remove on I took my S4 in for a service, brake fluid exchange, and CV boot replacement, which turned into a month long ordeal. It took them 3 weeks to remove one bolt to get to the CV boot (a simple one day job) and in the process they damaged suspension components and bushings, before trying to sell me $2,300 worth of parts that had been damaged. Worst of all, during this 3 week process, they neglected to update me on anything. I called the dealership over 20 times, texted my service representative dozens of times and got no response 90% of the time. I had to go into the dealership on two occasions just to get a response and update on my car. Finally, to get my car returned, I had to call Audi of North America and file a complaint. After doing this, it took another 3 days to get my car back. When returned to me, I found that there was a bad noise coming from the corner of the car that was worked on, and when I inspected it I found a damaged bushing, and severely damaged knuckle/control arm. While working on the car, they used a hammer and vice grips to remove the bolt, damaging many other components in the process. I have asked them to replace the parts that were clearly damaged, and i'm still waiting for a definitive response on this. As of right now, they have only agreed to inspect the car. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality of work all around. More

The staff are great my A3 Etron not so much!! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and my service writer Manny is Amazing!! My car on the other hand has been in the shop more times in the two years Ive owned it, than all my cars put together that I’ve owned in my 28 years of marriage which is a lot. Disappointed This was my first time visiting the service department after buying a new car, S5. The car had two small issues that I made an appoint to get fixed un This was my first time visiting the service department after buying a new car, S5. The car had two small issues that I made an appoint to get fixed under warranty. When I drove up and walked in, nobody said hello and i had to ask what the process was to get some help. I was told my person I had the appointment with was busy and sit down and wait. I had an appointment at 3:40pm and I was not spoken to until after 4pm. Then I was told the taillight issue wasn't fixed and it would be another 30 minutes. I had specifically text'd the dealership making sure both issues were fixed. Not a great experience compared to me dealing with a Cadillac dealership for the last five years. I am going to try Carlsbad dealership next time. More

From the moment of walking from my tcar to the showroom, every staff member who I passed had a warm smile along with a polite greeting of "Welcome" Due to a family commitment Mr.Don Bragg( my initial Sales Consultant was unable to be preeant upon my arrival. He did however provide in depth information on the unit of my interest.also making a substitute representative to be aware of my arrival, namely Ms.Natasha Fulton. What a delightful experience from all the staff. Mr. Matt Bachara was the Sales Manager on duty and was quick to greet us offering refreshments and a chance to get acquaited after our long drive. Never in all the cars I have purchased over the years have I been so completely satisfied. Signing for the car? Wow again, Mr Don Chappelle was the Finance manger who was patient with me and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction.
