Excellent service with great support.. Jerald took care of me right from the start. My service was excellent. I came in because my tire light came on and since I was close to the dealership Jerald took care of me right from the start. My service was excellent. I came in because my tire light came on and since I was close to the dealership I decided to just drop in. After the initial inspection of the tires, Jerald found a screw in the tire! I was taken care of with a new tire and was on my way in no time. Thanks for your wonderful and expert care for my Audi!!! More

Q5 Lease Tia was very friendly and helped us decide which trim package and options we wanted without making us feel like we were being upsold which I appreciat Tia was very friendly and helped us decide which trim package and options we wanted without making us feel like we were being upsold which I appreciated. We looked at inventory on the lot, test drove a similar vehicle, searched the inventory for exactly what we wanted and found the car that we ended up leasing. Management worked with us regarding the trade in value of my wife's car to make this deal work which was greatly appreciated. Dan in finance was very friendly and helpful as well, gave us some important information regarding the vehicle options and made the paperwork aspect as painless as possible. After everything was completed our new Q5 was presented to us outside, Tia took the time to show us how to set everything up and gave us some useful tips before we departed. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with every aspect of this experience and highly recommend this dealership. More
