Didn’t want to budge for a 1,000 off a 90,000 dallor Car. Said would make the deal work for us since was a Cash deal and didn’t want to take a dallor off the Car should have went to L.A for a better deal. Purchased Audi Q7 Auto purchase process was going well until final delivery. Salesman misplaced the owner manual and second set of keys while moving on to another custo Auto purchase process was going well until final delivery. Salesman misplaced the owner manual and second set of keys while moving on to another customer. He expected us to leave the dealership and trust that they would “turn up” over the weekend. We demanded they be found and refused to leave until located. 20 minutes later they were found in the employee break room. Car was also delivered missing one of the rear passenger floor mats, requiring a trip back to the dealer the next day. salesman was in too much of a hurry and switched priorities to next customer without completing our transaction.
