There was only one minute problem that we encountered, and that was the vehicles we test drove were low on fuel. We could not really drive them too much do to the low fuel. Recall and service. George the service manager was awesome, very helpful, quick and easy. We needed a loaner and he was more than gracious. My wife brought the car in and George the service manager was awesome, very helpful, quick and easy. We needed a loaner and he was more than gracious. My wife brought the car in and he had her out of there in minutes. There is an Audi dealer 10 minutes from my house but I will drive the extra 20 minutes just to take it to the San Diego location. Everyone knew exactly what needed to be done and I feel the car is set up and serviced as it should be, Thanks George!! More

I felt like at princess at Audi San Diego!!! I emailed my wonderful service representative Brett about a check engine light in the morning. He made accommodations to have me stop by on my way hom I emailed my wonderful service representative Brett about a check engine light in the morning. He made accommodations to have me stop by on my way home from work. The issue turned out to be more complicated and my safety was of concern to him. Due to the circumstances, he helped me with weighing my decisions as he always has, with honesty and candor. I then worked with Don Bragg who was able to provide me with a new beautiful A4. The entire process and all staff [Fadi and Dan] made me feel welcomed as a valuable customer. I am still smiling! Thank you!! More
