5 Star service My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an app My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an appointment and could see that they were really busy. I was treated as though they were expecting me and did not feel that I was any type of imposition by just dropping in. I was provided a loaner car on the spot and assured that my car would be looked at a promptly as possible. I received an update the next morning that the issue was diagnosed and that the necessary parts were being ordered to complete the repair. I received very friendly and accommodating service from my representative, Brett Van Gompel and even was greeted and checked on by Mark Monell the service manager. When I came back to pick up may car after the service was completed, even some of the other service representatives (Damien and Scott) recognized me and made me feel welcome. This team clearly has a service orientation and it shows. The facility is spotless and all the team members seem to be on the same page. While I would prefer to never have an issue requiring an unscheduled maintenance visit to the dealership, the group at Audi San Diego makes it a positive experience. Thank you Audi. Friendly Staff This is my first experience with Audi SD service center since our company purchased a new A7 for the President of our company. I was really impressed This is my first experience with Audi SD service center since our company purchased a new A7 for the President of our company. I was really impressed with how friendly and accommodating the our service representative was to me. Jerald was patient and listened to every issue I presented. Every issue was addressed and handled immediately. I also appreciated being offered a Lyft ride back to my office while they looked over the vehicle. I also appreciated one of the Sales representative (Don Bragg) teaching me a cool tip about one of the MANY features the car has to offer. I was told that there is also a technology specialist on staff and that I could reach out to him with any questions. Considering how much technology is available in the A7, I really appreciate that extra care. I have previously worked with BMW and Tesla and I must say that my experience at Audi has surpassed previous experiences at those dealerships. Much appreciated and looking forward to working with your team in the future. More

Planned or unplanned visit, I can say that I have always been helped quickly and efficiently at Audi on Miramar Road. Communication was clear, and I really like the new addition of texting service updates. On top of that, it was midday and I had not requested a loaner car ahead of time, and they still had one for me to take. Fast forward to when it's time to return the loaner car (never thought I could love a SUV, but the Audi Q5 was great) and I left my garage door opener in it. George went above and beyond and had a Lyft driver deliver it to me since I was unable to leave work again. George is always my go-to when having service done at Audi, and this time was beyond my expectations. More

Joe, my customer service guy was amazing! Very professional, reliable, so nice and communicated when necessary. The car loaner employee was great as well. I couldn’t ask for better service.
