They just don't care! *Getting hold of Service Adviser: I could never, ever got hold of him. He returns my call may be like a few hours later? If I miss his call, I can't even ask simple questions till the next day. The communication with the customer is very importance in Customer Service. *Service: They said they test drove may times to duplicate my issues, but they were unable. Then, all of sudden I get a text saying my car is ready. So, did you fix my car? did you find an issue? I call texted my service adviser right away and also called him, but once again, it is impossible to get hold of him. *Issue: It was just a tire off balance (after they rotated tires. My husband was suspecting a tire balance from the beginning, and I told my service adviser, but they could not figure what it was for almost 10 days, until my husband told a technician to his face. *I will take my car to Escondido or Carlsbad to see if they can fix what Miramar could not fix: My Q7 has a rail goes from the front door to the back door. It is coming off. Miramar was unable to fix, but the gap is big and afraid of coming off while driving. Miramar said that is how it is. My other car (Mini, older, more milage) also has a rail but they are still securely attached. *Please note "Penny" was not my adviser, but she was there, while I was unable to get in touch with my adviser. She helped me to get through what I needed. She was very kind and professional. I thanked her. More
Just Overall Disappointing Throughout I'm generally not one to leave reviews (positive or negative) but my experience with your service center was frustrating to say the least. Let me sta I'm generally not one to leave reviews (positive or negative) but my experience with your service center was frustrating to say the least. Let me start by saying Manny was great, this is not a knock on him. He was super knowledgeable and honest with me when selecting work to be done, I appreciate that. However, I felt like a second class citizen when dealing with all other parties. Understood that my car is a 2013 A4, not necessarily the newest or more expensive of the vehicles you deal with but I am a customer nonetheless. I take a LYFT home, whatever, no big deal, policies change. I attempt to call in to get a LYFT back, Manny isnt answering, I get my own LYFT. Again, $15 not a huge deal. Just an annoyance. Eventually I arrive at the service center to pick up my car. Manny still nowhere to be found. Meanwhile I am the only customer in the place and every other service associate is buried in their monitors, paying no attention to me. Someone will be right with you was said 3 times. Eventually someone was with me and got my vehicle for me. I get in my car only to find that the service due light is not turned off. Noone in their right mind would pay $260 to replace a cabin air filter and another 2-whatever to get an oil change. When asked to simply turn the light off I was met with much resistance. It cant be done because the work was not done by Audi. That is ridiculous. Who the xxxx would pay those prices for an oil change and an air filter swap that takes 4 minutes. I ask to speak with the service manager to see that he is inside his glass palace with what appears to be two garage workers, the coveralls were a dead giveaway. Multiple associates said he was in a meeting and would not be available for an hour. What kind of customer service is that? You are the service manager and you're not willing to step out of a meeting with mechanics to handle a customer? Overall the experience was just frustrating. I felt like I was bothering the employees. I've had an Audi since 2012 and was between Audi and Tesla for my next purchase (which will be happening soon). This experience made me not want to deal with your location and in turn is a knock against the company. Your xxxxty service made me not want to drive an Audi because I don't want to deal with your location again. Anndddd my car still beeps every time i get in. Again, this isn't on Manny, he was great. Maybe he was on lunch or whatever when I was trying to get a ride back.. More

Service inspection Brett my service advisor is excellent at explaining everything with great detail. I purchased my Audi A6 at CarMax with low miles and only a year old.
