The level of service was great! Even the guys that were not involved directly in the sale/service were helpful and courteous! Special thanks to Daniel who when the extra miles to finalize the financing! There was a crack in the windshield that no one had noticed, but they did replace the windshield at no cost and I got to drive a brand new 2019 Q5 for a few days which was great as that's the next car I plan to get! More

Great Leasing Experience! I've been servicing my vehicles at Audi San Diego for the past 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about the service department. I haven't always had the same experience with sales in the past but there's some new staff there now that completely changed my opinion. When I buy a car I know exactly what I'm looking for in terms of packages, features, and the deal terms I'm targeting. Pat Springer understood that right away and was a pleasure to work with.
