He was thorough in asking the questions that were needed to understand the concern with my car, what I needed to feel confident in the service and the deadline I needed to leave the service center. Horacio - was awesome! Not only was he able to get this issue with my car managed, he told me the specifics of the testing and findings needed to correct the problem. I very much appreciated his kind, thoughtful and efficient communication. It was very helpful to know he was closely monitoring my time crunch and I was thrilled to be done well before my needed deadline. Small issue handled quickly. I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fi I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fix this issue this one time since I was a good customer, and they agreed. I am grateful that I didn't not have to cover the expense, especially on my leased car which is due to be turned in soon. More

Manny is always great, but it seem like whoever is doing his appointment for him seem to overbook or multiplebook him. I didn’t need my car washed after being serviced. Whoever did my work order did not even asked me. I just had my car waxed the day before. So to say the least it left. Bunch of water spots after the “free wash”. But I appreciate the effort. More
