I came in for a simple 10K service and didn't hear back from the service rep until I called. He said they were almost done and would call back when they finished. Didn't get a call. Finally I just headed to the dealership and it was ready, the service tech said I was next on his list to call. As you know, traffic can get bad into rush hour. The more notice you can provide a customer, the better they can work around rush hour. By delaying informing the customer, you are forcing them to deal with rush hour traffic when it could have been avoided. How long does it take to text someone their car is ready? This isn't the first time I've experienced this. Also, I filled in gas just before returning the car and provided the tech with a receipt. The fuel indicator did not come up to 3/4 (starting point) even though I put in more gas than I used (just drove 25 miles). I still got charged for 2 gallons of gas despite putting in gas and only driving one gallon's worth. Doesn't seem right. Your staff has been trained to give good service in talking but the walk doesn't always match the talk. More

Technically Great but getting Sloppy For the past 3-4 years I have had nothing but great service and from a technical standpoint, I still really get good service (Horacio did a good job c For the past 3-4 years I have had nothing but great service and from a technical standpoint, I still really get good service (Horacio did a good job checking me in) but as of late their standards have been slipping especially with regard to cleaning and detailing the car. The last incident earlier this month really had me shocked, the car cannot be clean when I still see bird feces and smudges all around my car. $95 bucks for 1,50 snap No customer service at all .. I needed a new window trim snap that cost 1.50 and they charged me $95 bucks for manual labor... something that they wal No customer service at all .. I needed a new window trim snap that cost 1.50 and they charged me $95 bucks for manual labor... something that they walked up to and literally snapped in. They have no customer wow factor at all. When I asked I was told that’s the price with no concern towards the customer. I could have been told or hey it’s just a snap to place in place but we’ll do it for you. No had the courtesy to take to themselves to wow the customer and say hey, 1.50 for something that was snapped in? And changed $95.00. More

I was in and out quicker than I expected! I was greeted with friendly check in service as I drove in for 20,000 mile service. My service advisor, Brett, clearly outlined what my vehicle was d I was greeted with friendly check in service as I drove in for 20,000 mile service. My service advisor, Brett, clearly outlined what my vehicle was due for and also informed me of 2 recall items that were able to be taken care of during this visit. I have never used Lyft or Uber and was a little unsure about the process. Brett arranged a ride to and from my destination and made sure the driver found me and picked me up! Very happy with my service and the employees and love my Audi Q5! More
