Experience My appt was 7:00. I wasn’t called at all and had to ask why at 7:30. Then another 20 minutes to get a rental. When I came to pick up the car it wasn’ My appt was 7:00. The service on the car was good. I’ll never do an early AM dropoff. Should not schedule 10-15 customers at 7. More

No loaner car I have been to this dealership twice and twice been very unhappy with service.the first time I made a appointment for service i thought the car needed I have been to this dealership twice and twice been very unhappy with service.the first time I made a appointment for service i thought the car needed.had to wait till my appointment to find out it wasn't needed. You would have thought they would have told me that on the phone when I made the appointment. Decided to give this dealership one more ch as chance at my husband's wish. And this time there was no loaner car waiting for me apparently one has to reserve one which once again I should have been told this when I phoned in to make my appointment. So I had to ride home in a filthy uber car and cancel several appointment. In the past i have gone to a Audi Escondido. Never had a problem excellent service. Wanted a dealer closer to me that's why I have given you two trys. There will not be a third i will drive further to Escondido for better service More
Unhappy Service Experience I recently had my Audi6 in for the 55k service which was basically an oul change. I mentioned when I checked in that I’d received a coupon in an email I recently had my Audi6 in for the 55k service which was basically an oul change. I mentioned when I checked in that I’d received a coupon in an email but couldn’t find that particular email to get a discount. The service guy didn’t tell me that they also honor other oil change coupons. A coworker also used Audi recently for tge same service but her guy told her about honoring otger coupons, so she saved hundreds of dollars. I was very disappointed to have spent over $500 for this service. Additionally I had to wait thirty minutes for a loaner and thirty minutes when I returned to pick up my car. San Diego Audi service seems to have gone down hill. More

Paid off Lease made SIMPLE! Don Bragg and Brett made the entire experience from the moment I walked in!!! I have had my RS7 for 4 years, Don made the appt for me to pay it off an Don Bragg and Brett made the entire experience from the moment I walked in!!! I have had my RS7 for 4 years, Don made the appt for me to pay it off and Brett took care of any and all of the car service check, Don lined me up a fabulous rental car so I could leave it there for a quick "recall item" and then came back and we were off and running. Mario was fantastic! I brought my 2014 Audi to SD Audi because something went wrong with the motor. Thanks to the help of Damien and the repair crew, I had a clear underst I brought my 2014 Audi to SD Audi because something went wrong with the motor. Thanks to the help of Damien and the repair crew, I had a clear understanding of what would need to be replaced to get my car back on the road. After some consideration, I was introduced to Mario, a salesperson. Mario talked to me about all my options, as I was considering using my old car as a trade-in on a lease. Mario made everything that I needed to know very very clear and worked with me on all of my target numbers (if I were to decide to lease). He did, and with hours of working with finance he got the payments to where I was comfortable, and even added in the negative equity from my trade-in. I feel that Mario is a very considerate and understanding person. If I had had a salesperson who didn't quite "get me" I would have probably just walked out the door and paid for the repair on my car. Because he was so willing to invest his time, effort, and good company as we worked through the numbers for the lease, I was more than happy to take the keys to a new Audi A4 with a bright smile on my face. Thank you Mario, for all your hard work to get me exactly what I needed! You're the best! More
